Owner-trained, privately trained, or program trained: PawProof does not require a course. Phase 1 issuance requires endorsement by a credential-checked trainer.
Important legal notice. Under the ADA, no certification or registration is required for a service dog, and businesses may not demand documentation. This certificate attests only that the named dog has passed PawProof's training assessment standards.
