This is the only Phase 1 issuance route.Important legal notice. Under the ADA, no certification or registration is required for a service dog, and businesses may not demand documentation. This certificate attests only that the named dog has passed PawProof's training assessment standards.

Choose from the PawProof directory or invite your trainer. We accept current CPDT-KA, CPDT-KSA, IAABC, KPA-CTP, and AKC CGC Evaluator credentials that can be independently checked.

Approval triggers record issuance. If the assessment does not meet the published standard, you receive a written gap summary and a full refund of the assessment fee.
Each subject is evaluated separately. The ID card is issued only after all core subjects are active.
