Trainer-Verified Assessment
The $399 service includes an eligible trainer's endorsement, required-material review, platform verification, and—only after approval—issuance of the applicable Training Verification Certificates and ID card.
Full refunds
- Assessment not approved. A written summary of unmet requirements is provided and the full assessment price is refunded.
- Cancellation before work begins. A full refund may be requested before complete materials are submitted and before an assessor accepts the order.
- Platform cannot provide the service. A full refund is available if an eligible trainer cannot be verified or assigned, or the service cannot be completed for a reason within platform control.
- Duplicate or incorrect charge. Verified duplicate charges and billing errors are refunded.
When refunds are generally unavailable
- After approval and issuance.
- When suspension or revocation results from false, incomplete, altered, or misleading customer information.
- After complete materials are submitted or an assessor begins work, unless the order later qualifies under the full-refund rules.
- For replacement cards due to customer error, loss, theft, or post-delivery damage.
Cards and shipping
A card with a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or information that differs from the approved order will be replaced at no charge when reported within 14 calendar days of delivery. Customer-requested replacements are $29 plus any disclosed shipping charge.
How refunds will work
Approved refunds will be submitted to the original PayPal payment method within five business days. PayPal, a bank, or a card issuer may take additional time to post funds. Final support contact information will appear here before payment is enabled.
Important legal notice. Under the ADA, no certification or registration is required for a service dog, and businesses may not demand documentation. This certificate attests only that the named dog has passed PawProof's training assessment standards.
Products not yet offered
The Self-Train Curriculum, Self-Train Assessment, retakes, bundles, and related Mode B products are not currently available for purchase. This policy must be updated before those products open.
